As you all already know, on February 7, Winter Olympics 22 started in Sochi .

I am sure that not all of you have the opportunity and time to watch the competition every day. The Organizing Committee “Sochi 2014” knows that for sure and created apps for all mobile platforms to solve this problem.

The application is called the Sochi 2014 results, and has many features, which we will now try to describe.

When you start the app for the first time, you are offered to select your country, synchronize time and to prioritize kinds of sports but no more than five of them.

Following these simple steps, you get to the main menu where you can navigate through the various sub-items.

Favorites, schedule and results, medals, sports and others.

The main tab is the tab “results”. There you can see the competition which will be held with the specified period.

On the top you can find 3 tabs available with different time periods. When you choose a particular event, you will see the results and the names of the athletes. Besides there is an available set of photos and even videos.

In the app, you can buy tickets for a specific event and souvenirs Sochi 2014.

In conclusion, it should be noted that the Organizing Committee keeps up with the time and the release of this mobile app proves that. Controls and the interface are very simple and user-friendly in general.

The only drawback, in my opinion, is advertising, but in general it does not interfere with viewing the main events.

But the most important purpose of the program is to provide the complete information on the sports program of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014. This application copes with that purpose perfectly well!

The application results of the Sochi 2014 is available in the store Google Play for free.
