The gameplay from the first seconds you can slightly shock, because without the backgrounds and without any tie you will immediately see the man in the barrel ... The man is bald and obviously in good physical shape, while, apparently, he is naked. It is not known what the barrel hides, since he does not plan to get out of it, but you can assume absolutely any outcome ... There is no plot in the game, so we do not know how and why this person got into the barrel, and even more so, why he is trying in it somewhere to move ... In the circus there are no such tricks, the famous Diogenes too obviously did not do this, which means that this is the fruit of the sick imagination of the developers. Nevertheless, it is in the barrel that you have to travel. For movement, you will use a special hook that is attached to a stick and judging by what is happening it can catch on any surface, and our hero is able to raise himself and the barrel resting only on this stick. The graphics in the game are good, even though it's a platformer, but the moment of the hook's hooking is not worked out, it looks very cheap, unfortunately. By the way, it's impossible to call a game simple because every level needs to be held for a while, somehow it will not seriously fall, but to roll back - still like that, so you need to be careful and accurate.

The bottom line: if physics and animation were thoroughly worked out in the game Try Getting Above It, it could easily claim the title of another hit, however, due to some simple omissions, it does not shine a lot, as it seems to us.
