Once you reach a certain control point, the ability to move disappears, and before you appear quite strange zombies that need to be shot. What's strange about zombies? At a minimum, that the same kinds of zombies are dressed in the same way, apparently, so that you can distinguish them and they appear from the air, and sometimes much closer than you would like. So, all your further action is reduced to shooting and accumulation of points that you can spend on new weapons, and given the rather weak detail, it's not even clear where 16 + comes from ...
